Instrument Donation Form

Form for the donation of musical instruments to OrKidstra. The form should be regularly updated with the current instruments that OrKidstra accepts.

  • OrKidstra is honoured to maintain a diverse inventory of instruments given by generous donors since 2007. While we process every donation submission on a case-by-case basis, generally we are only accepting the instruments listed below at this time. OrKidstra can provide a tax receipt for all instruments accompanied by a current appraisal (donors are responsible for getting their instrument(s) appraised at their own cost). All potential donors will be contacted by OrKidstra to confirm next steps in the donation process. Please note that instrument donation forms generally take at least 5 business days to process, and longer during busier points of the OrKidstra season. Thank you in advance for your submission!
