Government of Canada announces extension of 2024 charitable donations to February 28, 2025
As announced on December 30, 2024, the Government of Canada intends to amend the Income Tax Act to extend the deadline for making donations eligible for tax support in the 2024 tax year, until February 28, 2025.
This extension gives you more time to support OrKidstra’s mission of empowering kids from equity-deserving communities by teaching life skills – such as teamwork, commitment, respect, and pride in achievement – through the universal language of music.
