Respond to OrKidstra’s Strategic Plan RFP!
OrKidstra – Sistema Ottawa (OrKidstra) is pleased to invite all qualified consultants to respond to our Strategic Plan Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP is a tool to help us understand your relevant services and deliverables as it relates to the Strategic Planning process.
The chosen consultant will work closely with our Board and Staff to facilitate the development of a refreshed strategic plan with a clearly defined “big audacious goal”. The current Strategic Plan Crescendo: Strategy 2032 was first crafted in 2018 with some basic updates in 2021 during the midst of the pandemic. Our plans and timelines understandably shifted as a result of the pandemic, and we are looking to refresh this document to make it relevant once more.
Our Board, Staff and other relevant stakeholders will be invaluable resources throughout the planning process, providing thoughtful dialogue to ensure the strategic plan is well thought out, realistic, relevant, and compatible with the organization’s mission, vision, and values. OrKidstra is a collaborative environment, and we look forward to working with the chosen contractor to clarify our goals and capture the roadmap of key activities to focus our journey.
